We all try to find an escape when its come to habits. But the reality is these habits give us a way of living with purpose.
Daily habits to improve life can help you make your career brighter and live better. In school time we all learned to have good habits in life, why teachers start teaching us to have good habits so early in life.
Because children learn fast at their early stage and that kind of educations are with them for a long time. But what happens when the become adult, they become lazy, no planning, no schedule, nothing. This article is for helping those people who don’t follow habits.
1. Sleep Early and Wake Early
This is the basic and simplest habit to follow. But people are not able to do that. But let me tell you something
“Wake up early every day so that others are still dreaming, you can make your dream come true.”
And try not to use cell phones 30 mins before sleep. While sleeping put your phone away from you because phone emits the kind of radiations that are more harmful to us in night than in a day.
2. Stop making excuse
Excuse is something we learnt to give in any situations where we have make mistakes. And not to make excuse is difficult thing to do but you can.
Learn to accept your faults. Because only then you will be able to fix that fault you have been made.
Accepting is not a bad thing to do, don’t be afraid from what others think of you, be afraid what you think of yourself after making excuse.
3. Be punctual
Punctuality is the first impression you can make on someone. Your punctuality represents that how to respect others and how sincere you are.
People will always notice whether you are late or on time. It shows whether you are capable of trust or not.

4. Learn to forgive
We human beings have tendency to make mistakes from a very long time but this doesn’t mean that we take revenge for every reasons. Great people have the power to forgive others.
Don’t get offend by others. People don’t insult us, they give their opinion. We take their word and make our identity and then use that identity to create hurt.
Forgive people in your life, even those who are not sorry their actions. Holding on to anger only hurts you, not them.

5. Think before act
People are so aggressive nowadays, they’re suddenly act without knowing the consequences and later there will nothing left except regret.
Be careful with your words, once they are said they can only be forgiven not forgotten.
6. Never give up
Remember one thing that you are the hero of your story and hero never loose. It is not easy to hold up in difficult situations but never giving up is the ray of hope that end will be great.

7. Keep a journal
I know it is boring for some people but writing down your feelings in a book will help you to make self realization and reduce your stress and sadness.

8. Be a good listener
To achieve some goal in life, it is necessary to be a good listener. A secret of a relations in life is to be a good listener.
It builds self-confidence of others. Being listened to make people feel accepted, valued and understood.
9. Be in present
For the seek of future goals, we forget to live present moments. It is good to work hard for your future, but more important is to be in present, now.
Try to enjoy every single day. We all have one life but is live in proper way then once is enough.
10. Time management
We all have 24 hrs in a day, but some people utilize those hours following their dreams and others spend those hours while dreaming.
It is a capability of a successful person to manage his time. Time is a equalizer, use your time wisely while progressing your goal.
