The people of 20s age are the new generation who need some guidance that we wish given to us.
Don't smoke, drink and no drugs.
Smoking, drugs seems good for some time but later you’ll start seeing the damage they did to you. Drinking is not that restrict, it can be allow occasionally but not on daily terms.

Exercise, do sports, work out.
The physical health is required must at this stage, because work load is more at this stage. Confidence! Great shape! You age slower!

Start Saving money.
Enjoyment is good but try to save salary so that in future in need you can use them. Once you do that, you can travel the whole world.

Be Happy always.
You may spend your whole life in searching for happiness that may be not in your destiny, so try to be happy what you have and not sad for thing you don’t have. Because things you have, others may be don’t have the same.

Focus on living long and well.
This point is sum of all points mentioned above. Exercise, diet and stress management directly impact the length of telomeres in our cells. The longer they are, the younger you are, biologically speaking.
